Cultivating Excellence in Eating Disorder Management

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specialist eating disorder service.
The Manager will be accountable for ensuring that clinicians provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals of all ages. This includes operational management, coordinating professional development, managing recruitment, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current registration with a relevant body, working with children's check, and relevant post-graduate qualifications in mental health. You must also be able to foster a team culture that delivers care that is evidenced based, consumer and recovery focused, and aligns with our values and strategic visions.
Responsibilities:- Operational management of the team, ensuring clinicians provide assessment and use diagnosis, formulation, and consumers' preferences to develop and deliver effective, evidence-based psychological intervention as per the model of care
- Coordinating professional development, managing recruitment, and conducting performance appraisals
- Coordinating quality projects and risk management activities
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery by facilitating people, process, and system change where required to ensure wrc meets its purpose
