  • Career Development
  • Participate in a rotational program that exposes you to various corporate offices, bauxite mines, and alumina refineries in the Peel and Upper Southwest regions.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain valuable insights and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor Alumina product quality and process performance within the Bayer process.
  • Work closely with operators to understand key concerns and challenges.
  • Drive process improvement efficiencies through investigatory projects.
  • Identify daily priorities and focus on minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams.
  • Gain exposure to decarbonisation and water efficiency initiatives.
Development and Mentoring:

You will receive coaching, mentoring, hands-on, and professional training throughout the program.

Diverse experiences in corporate offices and onsite environments will be provided.

An increasing level of responsibility will be given, along with opportunities to use innovative thinking and passion for growth to shape the future of our business.
