As Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our VIP players and patrons, as well as operating and monitoring electronic gaming machines (EGMs). You will also perform all duties surrounding our day-to-day operation & loyalty program, supervising the room alongside security into the early hours of the morning.

Duties

  • Provide excellent service to our VIP members
  • Monitor game operations to ensure house rules are followed and the team provides prompt and courteous service
  • Build relationships with current and new members
  • Evaluate player performance and EGM functionality
  • Process payouts for members/guests
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies, or procedures
  • Explain and interpret house rules, such as game rules or betting limits
  • Maintain compliance with OLGR regulations and requirements
  • Promote the lounge's integrity and brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized gaming floor

Requirements

We seek applicants with previous experience working independently, overnights, and in cash handling and balancing. Prior experience as a gaming attendant, bartender, and waiter/waitress is highly valued. A professional demeanor and ability to effectively engage with our VIPs are essential.
