Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients across a range of specialty units. You will work collaboratively with our experienced clinical teams to deliver patient-centered care that meets the individual needs of each patient.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in consultation with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide skilled nursing interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in an acute hospital environment.
  • Relevant specialty experience based on the unit you are applying for.
  • Ability to work effectively across a rotating, 7-day roster.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
