We are seeking an experienced Bartender to help us take our Garden Bar experience to the next level. If you have a passion for crafting unique cocktails, juices, and smoothies, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new recipes and menus that showcase their creativity and expertise. This includes recommending products and drinks to customers based on their preferences and dietary needs, as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative recipes and menus that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and efficient stock management
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar environment
  • Proven track record of creative mixology and knowledge of different ingredients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Full working rights in Australia
