Project Manager - Civil Team Lead

As a seasoned leader with a solid foundation in civil engineering, this is the perfect time to take on a challenging role leading a talented team of engineers, project managers, and design professionals.

This key position requires a candidate who can champion innovation, drive technical excellence, and deliver impactful project outcomes while maintaining billable work and ensuring project quality and performance.

  • Lead daily operations, staff development, and team wellbeing
  • Maintain billable work while ensuring project quality and budget performance
  • Provide hands-on technical delivery on key projects
  • Support recruitment and resource planning alongside senior leadership
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering consultancy experience, preferably in the water sector, with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

They must also possess proven success in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, a strong technical background in project and design management of water systems, business development and proposal leadership experience, and established networks within the NSW Water market.
