About the Role

This exciting opportunity at Hatch will see you working closely with office management and leadership teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute HR programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Provide strategic HR coaching and guidance to business leaders and managers, focusing on talent development, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Support regional Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Participate in or lead global HR initiatives, such as recognition programs, workplace violence and harassment compliance, and other key projects.
  • Ensure adherence to Australian HR regulations, practices, and labor market requirements, providing expert advice and guidance where needed.
What We're Looking For
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, practices, and labor market requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships of trust with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite, with knowledge of SuccessFactors an asset.
