About the Role

The Company, Curtis Partnership, is seeking a Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their Property Team in the Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire. As a positive, reliable and motivated professional, you will contribute to the team's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a range of property law matters, including residential and commercial transactions, leasing, strata, subdivisions, mortgage work, and other real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property contracts, sales agreements, leases, and conveyancing documents.
• Perform due diligence, focusing on property investigations and title searches.
• Act on behalf of clients during negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with clients, fellow solicitors, real estate agents, and financial institutions to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in property law and practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years PQE in property law or as a Licensed Conveyancer with experience managing transactions.
• Admitted to practice in NSW.
• Sound technical legal knowledge with experience in LEAP and PEXA.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hardworking with excellent interpersonal skills.
