- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to create individualized care strategies for patients.
- Perform routine procedures, such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in facilities.
- Provide emergency medical assistance when necessary.
- Orient and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
- Create a supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development through workshops and conferences.
- Demonstrated experience as a registered nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing techniques and procedures.
- Proficiency in emergency care.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to following them.
- A team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibility and compassion.
- Superb organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Patient problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in nursing.
