ePortfolio Designer/Technologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an ePortfolio Designer/Technologist to join our team in a collaborative role that will support the implementation of our new ePortfolio platform.

About the Role:
The ePortfolio Designer/Technologist will work closely with academic and professional staff to design, develop, and implement the ePortfolio platform. This involves using the platform to support accreditation, workplace-based assessment, programmatic assessment, and student progress tracking. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology-enabled learning and teaching, as well as knowledge of ePortfolio platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop forms, templates, and reports using an ePortfolio platform;
  • Pilot new educational technologies and implement workflows and processes to roll out the technology more broadly;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the ePortfolio platform;
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to design and develop educational materials;
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving skills to staff;
  • Organize, design, deliver, and evaluate professional development workshops for staff.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications and experience in technology-enabled learning and teaching, as well as knowledge of ePortfolio platforms. You should also have excellent digital skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Power Apps. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
