Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our registered nurses in delivering dialysis treatment, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, patient education, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct routine quality control checks on dialysis equipment and supplies.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in nephrology care.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
