Primary Health Care Nurse Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Primary Health Care Nurse to join our team, working in a culturally safe environment.

The successful candidate will be integral to ensuring cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client flow. They will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high quality comprehensive primary health care to clients accessing our clinics.

Positions will be based in one of our four town clinics, working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, with occasional weekend and public holiday shifts required.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide high quality comprehensive primary health care to clients accessing our clinics.
  2. To work in a culturally safe environment, prioritizing the needs of our Indigenous clients.
  3. To ensure cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client flow.
  4. To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
