We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people, driven by fun, and ready to create exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Energy: Be a hands-on, guest-focused leader who motivates your team to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Boost Revenue: Run successful shifts, drive sales, and exceed guest expectations.
  • Create WOW Spaces: Transform our venue into an immersive and engaging destination.
  • Support Your Team: Coach and inspire a high-energy team of customer service professionals.
  • Handle Operations: Manage front-of-house and back-of-house portfolios, including rosters, training, and financial management.
  • Cultivate Culture: Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of people management experience.
  • A valid RSA and Working with Children Check.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • An unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience in driving sales and revenue growth.
  • A proactive attitude, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • The ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
