Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive customer service and create unforgettable experiences for our guests
• Be knowledgeable about our events, product offerings, and membership benefits
• Work seamlessly as part of a large team to deliver a high standard of service
• Be flexible and able to work across our trading hours, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
