Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in garment construction, with a strong emphasis on technical skills in pattern making, grading, and fit.

This is a full-time opportunity requiring the ability to create accurate patterns, develop bespoke designs, and drive innovation in quality and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise patterns, graded specifications, and production orders for seamless execution
• Develop custom patterns and Made-to-Order variations to cater to diverse client needs
• Update existing patterns and specifications to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability
• Refine fits and finishes to ensure each garment meets exceptional standards
• Drive quality improvements, sustainability initiatives, and process enhancements

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in garment construction, preferably in bridal or eveningwear
• Advanced technical expertise in pattern making, grading, and fit
• Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Illustrator, and garment technology processes
• Detailed knowledge of various fabrics, including lace, silk, crepe, satin, and stretch materials
• A collaborative mindset and meticulous attention to detail
