Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings team as an Associate Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading electrical and communications design teams on various projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, aviation projects, and defense initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical and communications design teams on various projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, aviation projects, and defense initiatives.
  • Work closely with clients and external stakeholders to develop and maintain open and collaborative relationships.
  • Pursue, bid, and win new work opportunities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Support the development of emerging engineers and contribute to the growth of our team.
Requirements
  • RCDD Certification (or similar)
  • Experience in leading design teams and managing projects
  • Proven track record in winning new work opportunities
  • High commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets
  • Passive communications infrastructure design expertise
  • ICT/Active communications design expertise
  • ELV/SCADA Systems design expertise
  • Low voltage design expertise
  • Back-up generation design expertise
  • Earthing, bonding, and lightning protection design expertise
