Job Title: Home and Lifestyle Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Home and Lifestyle Support Workers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living tasks, enabling them to live independently and happily in their homes and communities.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 4 days availability required, Tuesday to Friday.

As a Home and Lifestyle Support Worker, your primary focus will be on assisting clients with domestic duties such as cleaning and home upkeep. You will work alongside other team members, delivering services primarily through a Liberty vehicle. However, there may be occasions where you will need to work independently and/or use your own vehicle.

You will also provide additional support with personal care, social support, in-home respite, and domestic assistance, helping clients maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including cleaning and home upkeep.
  • Provide personal care and support for mobility and transfers.
  • Support clients with social activities and in-home respite.

Requirements:

  • A First Aid/CPR certificate and NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • A smartphone compatible with third-party apps.
  • Competence in basic computing tasks, such as email access and online meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support.
  • Experience providing in-home care and support.
