Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team in our Toowoomba AgriSolutions Store.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and agriculture to take on a full-time role.

  • To provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and build business partnerships with our customer base through sound technical advice.
  • Proactively source new customers to achieve branch KPIs and sales targets.
  • Inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake, and dispatch.
  • Process sales and generate quotes.

About You:

You will be a self-motivated individual with great customer service and sales experience. You must be able to meet deadlines while balancing multiple tasks and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Strong customer service and sales experience.
  • Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry.
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy is an advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office, POS, and administration skills.
  • Physical fitness to perform manual handling aspects of the role.
  • A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
  • Driver's license essential.
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
