Exceptional Care Nurse

We are seeking an experienced nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to residents in a residential aged care home.
About the Role:
- Providing direct nursing care to residents in line with best practice procedures
- Supporting peers and maintaining a cooperative team environment
- Working safely to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, following policies and procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A compassionate attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly
- Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Thorough understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
