About This Role:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within our operations.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that electrical maintenance is carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Manage a team of electrical technicians and tradespeople to ensure that all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that electrical systems are integrated with other plant systems.
- Provide training and support to electrical technicians and tradespeople to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in electrical maintenance and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g. electrician) and experience in electrical maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead and manage a team of electrical technicians and tradespeople.
- Ability to analyse data and develop strategies to improve electrical maintenance.
- Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections as required.
