Logistics and Operations Manager

KOJO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Operations Manager to join their national team in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to apply problem-solving skills to operational challenges, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a calm and positive approach within the KOJO team.

About the Role
  • Manage technical equipment logistics, including tracking and mapping out equipment, identifying gaps, and providing solutions.
  • Oversee KOJO's OB trucks and Fly Away Kits, its servicing and maintenance schedule, and KOJO's storage facility, ensuring equipment is secure and accounted for.
  • Work closely with the Senior Technical Leadership Team to manage technical crewing.

This role requires swift decision-making and the ability to provide clear, concise, and accurate information to allow managers and the executive to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and implementing systems that help make running KOJO Sport as simple as possible and provide accurate and timely information for decision making by the senior team.
  • Undertaking other tasks and projects as required.
  • Understanding, advocating, and embodying KOJO's values, behaviours, and team goals.
