**Job Description**:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our tight-nit team. The role involves working with data quality in Excel, gathering information from various sources, building relationships with stakeholders, and analysing data to ensure accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Gathering and investigating information from diverse sources
  • Building relationships with stakeholders within the billing team
  • Assisting customers with understanding data for billing purposes
  • Analysing data to ensure accuracy

**Successful applicant will have the opportunity to:**

  • Provide professional support for provisioning of billing and reporting information.
  • Assist with planning, preparation, and implementation of reporting activities.
  • Work with customers and stakeholders to rectify any issues in relation to billing or reporting
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including cross-skilling and formal training

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about reporting and information analysis, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
