Training Consultant for Organisational Growth

A Business Development Specialist is required to contribute to organisational growth and success by shaping impactful training strategies and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and analysis into industry best practices, uncovering risks and opportunities, to bridge performance gaps through tailored learning solutions.
- Implement contractual documentation and activities to achieve compliance requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of a holistic training strategy and framework.
- Extensive experience developing and implementing training programs or managing business projects aligned to business needs.
- Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or training/education or 7 years+ experience in similar roles.
- Detailed knowledge of qualification frameworks, RTO activities/requirements and understanding of VET sector.
