Site Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Support Specialist to collaborate with our project teams in delivering maintenance projects across various mining sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance and shutdown projects.
- Coordinate and track project resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
- Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to provide project updates and status reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, procurement records, and compliance reports.
- Assist with cost reporting, procurement coordination, and budget control.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance across all project phases.
- Identify project risks and support problem-solving and resolution efforts.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Site Administrator, or similar role in mining, maintenance, or industrial services.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance in the mining or construction industry (preferred).
- Full working rights in Australia.
