About the Opportunity:

The Education Program Manager is responsible for managing the education program to achieve ongoing engagement and meaningful learning outcomes for diverse education audiences, focusing on school-aged children and teachers.

This position provides leadership to the education staff, ensuring the design and delivery of education programs and partnerships meet the highest standards.

You will oversee a strategic program of formal learning and enrichment activities, growing education audience reach, access, and participation while aligning with curriculum learning objectives.

This role ensures education programs draw on the library's collections and services, connect to planned and future exhibitions, and respond to education audiences' changing needs.

The successful candidate will be accountable for measurable outcomes, including developing and delivering the education strategy, managing performance outcomes, leading the education team, securing grants and partnerships, and project management.
