Customer Experience Professional

At TE Connectivity, we are committed to unleashing the potential of our employees and customers. As a Customer Experience Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing incoming customer orders, phone, and email inquiries relating to price, delivery, and product selection. Your strong communication skills will enable you to respond to customer technical enquiries with information provided from Hub TSE's and/or Product Management. You will also work closely with Industrial and Utility Sales teams to support key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and resolve queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to Logistics, Stores, and Production to ensure smooth order processing
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and Key Account Customer strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Review Daily Booking Reports to ensure order entry accuracy and highlight delivery concerns to Logistics
- Attend meetings with Supply Chain Manager and Sales Manager to discuss sales performance and customer service issues
Requirements
- Secondary education level
- High proficiency in SAP, Microsoft, and MRP applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience
