Financial Expert

As a key member of our finance team, we are seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to spearhead financial reporting, project support, and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations, accruals, and journals to maintain financial accuracy
- Monitor WIP, margins, and revenue recognition on active construction projects to inform business decisions
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure seamless audit preparation
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes to drive business growth
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, be CPA or CA qualified, and have at least 5 years of experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in a construction or project environment. Big 4 or mid-tier public practice experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will have strong understanding of WIP, cost control, and project-based reporting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
Key Qualifications:- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CA qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial accounting role
- Big 4 or mid-tier public practice experience (desirable)
