We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Counter team in Gosford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and information about our plumbing and bathroom products. You will also provide quotes both in person and over the phone, undertake pick packing and stock control activities, and help keep the branch tidy and safe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they receive the best solution for their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and manual adjustments.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
