About the Role

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a skilled C# developer to join our Options Trading desk. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and implementing backend/server-side applications using C# as the primary development language.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking projects through the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release. You will collaborate closely with traders on developing high-performance C# trading applications, quantitative researchers on implementing trading models and signals, and other technology teams to develop integrated technical solutions for trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance C# trading applications
  • Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement trading models and signals
  • Work with technology teams to develop integrated technical solutions for trading
  • Take projects through the entire software development cycle from requirements gathering to production release
Requirements
  • Exceptional C# development skills with extensive knowledge of design, profiling, OOP, multi-threading, and performance focused on back-end development
  • A track record/knowledge of market making, or order routing systems development is critical
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in C++ and Python on Windows or Linux would be beneficial but not essential
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Expert knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products
