Senior Program Director

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the Engineering Services team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering repairs and maintenance programs, as well as minor works and capital projects at Tennant Creek Hospital and associated health facilities.
About This Role- Lead and manage diverse teams of professionals.
- Develop effective communication strategies with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date IT skills and proficiency in construction techniques.
- Possess current driver's license, Ochre Card, White Card, and High-Risk Work License for Standard Boiler Operations.
- Have in-depth knowledge of building industry practices, design, construction, and maintenance methods.
- Experienced in contract administration and management.
