Job Title: Senior Research Associate - Cell Biology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cell biology research projects, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the development of new techniques and methods.

About the Role:

The Senior Research Associate will work on various cell biology projects, focusing on cellular characterization and immune response analysis. This role requires excellent laboratory skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute complex experiments using flow cytometry and other cell biology techniques;
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions and progress;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new techniques and methods;
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and records of experiments and results;
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs and worksheets to ensure consistency and accuracy across the laboratory.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field;
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in cell biology and flow cytometry;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Availability to work in Monday - Friday shifts and possible Sunday rotations;
  • Primary hours 9am - 5pm, possible 1 - 9pm shift.
