About the Role
Fulfillment Managers play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction at Dan Murphy's.
We're looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control.
This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy's.
- Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
- Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
- Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
- Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
About You
We're looking for someone results-driven, always with the customer experience at the front of mind.
You should understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth and proactively share your knowledge with those around you.
As an authentic, analytical, and attentive individual, you'll use your planning and organisational skills to keep your team on track and achieve great outcomes.
