Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Meeting management and planning to set leaders up for success
  • Travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Purchase order management and invoice processing
  • Administrative support for governance activities, including managing legal knowledge sites and policy sites
  • Confidential administration support
  • Fostering relationships within the EA/TA community
