Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist with ADE Consulting Group, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of Construction Phase support services and geotechnical investigations, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and addressing their needs.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering high-quality technical reports and documentation.
- Providing leadership that balances operational and technical expertise.
- Mentoring team members and sharing knowledge through training sessions.
- Maintaining effective project management practices and keeping commercial records up to date.
- Proactively promoting ADE services to clients, strengthening relationships and enhancing their project experience.
- Seeking relevant professional development to align with personal and company growth goals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related field, with proven experience in geotechnical investigations and Construction Phase support services. You should also have excellent project management and client engagement skills, committed to client-centric principles and timely task completion within budget.
You will be proactive in identifying business opportunities and managing project risks while adhering to relevant systems and procedures and demonstrating attention to detail. Additionally, you will be willing to conduct fieldwork, including site investigations in remote areas, and hold a valid unrestricted driver's license for use in Australia.
