About the Role

This position is responsible for delivering accurate and efficient data entry of Records Management metadata for Grace's diverse clients.

This role will also contribute to the daily operations of Information Management and provide opportunities for learning more specialized tasks with on-the-job training.

After a training period, we can discuss flexible working arrangements that suit your needs, including options for remote work or adjusted start and end times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality data entry services with attention to detail
  • Contribute to the daily operations of Information Management
  • Participate in on-the-job training to develop specialized skills
Requirements:
  • A high level of attention to detail during data entry
  • Moderate experience with the Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Tertiary qualification highly regarded
