We are seeking a skilled Senior Migration Project Coordinator to join our team at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ).

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Melbourne, VIC. As a Senior Migration Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth customer migrations by assessing requirements, engaging stakeholders, and overseeing technical delivery.

You will develop end-to-end delivery plans, migration run-sheets, and change records, working closely with relevant ANZ stakeholders to communicate effectively with customers.

Your primary goal will be to ensure successful customer migrations, minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits for both customers and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess customer requirements for technology and customer impacts
  • Engage Technology stakeholders to facilitate changes
  • Engage Product teams to understand the impacts of customer solutions during the migration phases
  • Ensure requirements for change are understood, developed, tested, and implemented successfully
  • Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery and own the customer engagement through to successful migration
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs, and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
  • A desire to optimise customer journeys and experiences during the migration phases
  • Existing technical experience or expertise in one or more of the following: Payments, File-transfer, API's, Fileactive
  • Understanding of the systems involved in the Payments space would be good, not mandatory
