Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of commercial category plans and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage product portfolios, assist with new product launches, and collaborate with customers to build growth strategies.
  • Work closely with Category Leads to create comprehensive category visions based on shopper, customer, and business needs.
  • Drive commercial execution alignment across sales and marketing teams to achieve business priorities.
  • Deliver improvements in category development scores through data analysis and market insights.
  • Support Category Development Managers in customer communications, including reviews and planning days.
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial team to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using industry scan and shopper data, specifically IRI Scan and Panel, Quantium, and Synergy.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing skills and experience.
