Job Title: Venue Manager

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking to take on a leadership role in a thriving venue in Port Douglas? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and system-focused Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular venue, which includes a bar, gaming area, restaurant, and nightclub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the seamless operation of the bar, restaurant, and gaming areas, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff, rosters, and time effectively to meet business demands and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Focus on systems and processes to ensure smooth service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Create an enjoyable dining experience for all customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience across hospitality operations, including bar, restaurant, and gaming management.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • RSA, RMLV, RSG certifications, with clear police clearance (or ability to obtain).
