Civil Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in quality control and assurance to contribute to the delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, and will be able to apply their knowledge and skills to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular site inspections and tests on materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards;
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of construction methods;
- Documenting and reporting on quality issues, including any non-compliance, defects, or deviations from standards, and working with the project team to resolve them;
- Collaborating with contractors, project managers, and engineers to ensure that all corrective actions are implemented and issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quality Control Inspector in civil engineering, construction, or related industries;
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures;
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations;
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and relevant software.
