We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Grant Assurance Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and administration of grants, ensuring transparency and accountability in the delivery of arts investment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and provide strategic direction to the Grant Assurance Team to maximize government investment in arts and culture.
- Develop and implement end-to-end administrative design and implementation of grant programs.
- Ensure transparent and accountable delivery of arts investment, aligning with the Creative Together vision.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address potential risks and challenges in grant management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, arts organizations, and community groups.
- Proven experience in grant management, assurance, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary range of $184,842 - $193,402 p.a.
