Electrical Engineering Project Lead

CPC Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance on complex electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will drive innovation in the field while ensuring adherence to quality standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver electrical engineering deliverables, including package engineering, calculations, and plant design.
  2. Review and provide feedback on electrical deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
  3. Coordinate with design and drafting teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  4. Monitor project progress and schedule to ensure adherence to project objectives.
  5. Develop and implement work practices and standards for Electrical/Instrument Engineering methods.
  6. Review and create standards for business operations.
  7. Ensure adherence to CPC Engineering and CPC Project Design policies, systems, procedures, and quality management requirements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in a relevant field and significant experience in minerals process plant design. They will possess knowledge of a range of processes and unit operations, as well as experience in engineering delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a team environment and manage studies and small site projects.

The successful candidate will also have excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to produce study estimates and manage variation. They will be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with a strong attention to detail and excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
