Home Care Support Worker Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference in people's lives as a Home Care Support Worker with our dedicated team.

We are seeking reliable, resilient and caring individuals to support our clients live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, be able to work flexibly and adapt to meet individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care services to clients, promoting independence and dignity
  • Assist with domestic tasks, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide support with shopping and other activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families and carers to ensure holistic care

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support
  • NDIS Clearance
  • First Aid Certificate including CPR
  • Driver Licence
  • Current COVID-19 certificate and proof of current influenza vaccination
