About This Role
- As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a vital role in leading a high-performing centre team to deliver exceptional early learning and care services.
- Working closely with the Centre Director, you will drive continuous improvement, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure the centre meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- You will be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of your team members, creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes the well-being of all children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director in setting and achieving centre goals, implementing strategies to improve quality and outcomes for children.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and build their capacity to deliver high-quality early learning and care services.
- Take on the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to inform your work and drive continuous improvement.
