An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Supply Chain team of a leading global manufacturer based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role will be heavily involved in purchasing, production planning, and inventory management.

The responsibilities include:

  • Identification, planning, and management of raw materials, component stock, and manufactured finished goods inventory.
  • Review, ordering, and transfer coordination between intercompany sites internationally.
  • Liaising closely with purchasing personnel to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing requirements other than intercompany purchases.
  • Liaising with sales and manufacturing to ensure forecasting policies and procedures meet delivery standards and issues are communicated.
  • Forecasting and logistic analysis of domestic raw material and component inventories.
