Digital Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at AusNet Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of digital programs and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and enhance digital program and project quality, ensuring compliance with assurance requirements and company policies.
You will define quality management processes, conduct in-depth reviews, and address issues to deliver real outcomes. Your expertise will be essential in engaging with project stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure compliance with relevant assurance requirements, standards, and company policies.
Key responsibilities include conducting deep dive quality assurance reviews of key artefacts, including Business Case documentation, and ensuring projects remediate any issues identified as part of quality assurance reviews. You will also track, monitor, and report on adherence to specified quality management standards and quality uplift initiatives.
A successful candidate will have a degree in Finance or a related discipline and applied experience with Digital Quality Assurance Management in a projects environment. Strong understanding of waterfall/agile delivery methodologies and deliverables/artefacts is also essential. Skilled in use of Jira and supporting project and program management tools, with relevant training or qualification in project and program management being favourable.
