Strategic HR Business Partner for APS

The APS 6 - Human Resource Officer role is a critical position within Headquarters 1st (Australian Division), G1/S01 Personnel Management. As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and improve workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities- Action complex APS matters by interpreting legislation, policy, and procedures.
- Undertake specialist research and analysis to inform HR initiatives.
- Conduct reviews, assessments, and investigations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Provide procedural, clerical, and administrative support to achieve results.
You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative work environment comprised of uniformed military members, Australian Public Service (APS) staff, and contracted personnel. Our team aims to attract, develop, motivate, and retain competent and devoted personnel to meet the organisation's needs and goals.

The estimated salary range for this role is $91,702 - $104,753 + up to 15.4%. This includes base salary, superannuation, and other benefits.
