Job Title: Stock Allocation Coordinator

As a Stock Allocation Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth and timely flow of stock to our stores. You will work closely with the Planning Manager to optimize profitability across all channels and ensure store allocations are in line with sales trends and forecast.

About the Role
  • Coordinate the allocation of stock to ensure timely delivery to our stores.
  • Optimize profitability across all channels by analyzing sales trends and forecast.
  • Action flow of aged, end-of-life, and discontinued products to agreed channels.
  • Monitor and maintain model levels based on needs of stores, promotional plans, and product strategy by department.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain team and DC as required to ensure smooth flow of delivery of product.

About You
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a problem solver and able to think critically.
  • You have previous experience working with stock and allocations within the retail industry (preferred).
  • You have excellent attention to detail.
  • You possess intermediate Excel skills.
