Job Title: Experienced Cost Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced cost professional to manage and control costs on our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation of detailed cost plans, including budgets, estimates, and valuations
  • Measure and record quantities of materials, labor, and plant
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities and other construction documents
  • Carry out value management and cash flow analysis to optimize project profitability
  • Analyze and report on variances between planned and actual expenditure
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience in quantity surveying or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
