Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annumAbout the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Bathurst office. As a vital member of our team, you'll support NDIS participants through tailored assessments, interventions, and therapies that help them build capacity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify participant needs and develop personalized plans
  • Collaborate with families, medical professionals, and allied health experts to deliver exceptional care
  • Document progress and outcomes to ensure participants achieve meaningful results
Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration
  • NDIS experience desirable in a senior or TL role OR someone looking for the next step in their career
  • Experience in Home Modifications
  • Australian working rights, a national police check, and a driver's license with vehicle insurance
