Leading Structural Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced structural engineer to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, analysis, and documentation, as well as excellent leadership skills.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned structural engineer to join our team and take on a leadership role. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, with experience in the water and wastewater sector and general industrial structures. They will also have developed a solid foundation in structural design, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex structural engineering projects.
  2. Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers.
  5. Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
